Cooling-off regulation

1. Canceled before receiving product

  • If the item ordered does not satisfy the condition of [cancellation impossible condition] by [before shipping procedure], you can cancel. Please contact us by phone, fax or e-mail.

※ Inquiries can not be canceled.
※ If the total price exceeds the total price of 20,000 yen (tax included), cancellation is impossible.


2. Returned goods after receipt of goods

  • After receipt of goods, returned goods are possible unless it falls under [goods and conditions for non-refundable products] . Please promptly request by telephone, fax or e-mail. Please return goods to us within 7 days after goods arrival. Please note that we can not respond to returned goods if we do not contact you if past due date.

〇 Tool box · Fender · · · For large items and scratches and dents are easy to occur during transportation

〇 Value exceeding the total price of 20,000 yen (tax included)

  • ※ Shipping fee to our company for returning will be borne by the customer. Please acknowledge it beforehand.


3. Method of refund after cancellation

  • After delivery, we will check the state of the product at our company.
  • If there is no problem with the product, we will refund the amount by deducting the transfer fee from the price of returned goods to the customer designated account.
  • Since it will be necessary for refund, please be sure to contact your account number / name on fax .
  • In regard to the customer's repayment of the credit settlement here please contact.


Handling defective products

  • Every effort is made to control the product, but if you think that there is a problem with the quality of the item by chance, please contact us by TEL · Mail · FAX within 7 days after the arrival of the item. After confirming the situation, we will promptly exchange.


* The cost (such as labor cost) that it took for the installation will be out of the scope of the warranty.
